My Little Helpers

Here are a few cute moments that we have had around our house lately.
Madelyn and the cake she made.

Notice that the mixer isn't running for this picture and that she had a new shirt on for the final product!

Wilson "helping" me fold laundry.

He is just going to finish unloading the basket before he starts to fold.

My two little cleaning kids.

Wilson learning to use the Swiffer.

I try to get my kids involved with everyday chores and activities from an early age. Sometimes I think it helps me around the house and teaches them good lessons and other times it just keeps them busy and I end up with even more mess to clean up. Either way, one on one time with a preschooler can bring a smile to my face, a tear to my eye and all sorts of sticky stuff in my kitchen.

Easter visit to Arkansas

Aunt Christina and Matt aka Map

Eva enjoying some of the three bowls of icecream that Poppy Joe served.

Madelyn and her icecream covered face.

They just kept asking for more and Poppy Joe kept serving!

Wilson hanging out with Poppy Joe Saturday morning.

Madelyn with BOTH Easter baskets.

This is the best family picture we got that day.

Best buddies.

Dad, Dom and Mom

Madelyn hunting eggs in the back yard.

Wilson kickin' it 90's style.

Counting the eggs and checking out the prizes.

So busy using up all the new stickers.

We travelled down to Arkansas for Easter this year so we could finally see Aunt Gigi, Uncle Tim and Eva at their house in Fayetteville. It was a LONG trip but worth the time and effort. We only had one car sick kid part of the way down and no sickness on the way home.

Grandma Habjan and Poppy Joe and Dominic also came down to Arkansas along with Christina and her boyfriend Matt aka (Map). The little girls gave him that nickname because they both really like Dora right now.
